Layer the remaining chips on top, followed by the rest of the cheese and toppings.
Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 minutes.
Top with sour cream, salsa, fresh cilantro, and serve immediately.
