- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cornbread mix, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in chopped broccoli, corn, and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm for best flavor and texture.
Notes
Use fresh broccoli instead of frozen if desired—lightly steam it before mixing. Add extra cheese on top for a more indulgent version, or crushed crackers for a crispy topping. To make ahead, prepare and refrigerate the mixture, then bake when ready.
