Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
Garlic Butter
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 1.5-inch squares.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough square. Pinch closed and roll into a ball.
  4. Arrange the balls on the prepared sheet in a triangle to form a Christmas tree shape.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic and herbs. Brush over dough balls. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and brush again with butter.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with marinara or festive dips.

Notes

  • You can prepare the tree in advance and refrigerate for up to 6 hours before baking.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3 days or frozen for up to a month.
