Method
- Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Mince the garlic and measure noodles and broth to prepare for cooking.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for 5β6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add the remaining butter to the pan, then stir in minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the noodles, stir, and cook until tender and coated in butter sauce (about 8β10 minutes).
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon garlic butter sauce over the top.
- Simmer for 2β3 minutes so flavors blend, then sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Use pre-minced garlic or thinly sliced chicken to save time. For a richer version, add grated Parmesan or stir in a splash of cream. Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 3 days and reheated with a bit of broth or butter to restore moisture.
