In a small bowl, whisk together oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Stir almond butter, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla into the mashed bananas until well combined.
Add the oat mixture to the wet ingredients and fold until no dry bits remain.
Fold in your chosen mix-ins (walnuts, cranberries, or chocolate chips).
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until edges are golden.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
