  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup milk or light cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Boil egg noodles in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken, let it rest, then slice or shred.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter and add milk. Stir gently to create a light sauce.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss until coated.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Cover and cook for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

You can use rotisserie chicken for a quicker version. Add vegetables like broccoli or peas for a healthier twist. Reheat leftovers with a splash of milk to maintain creaminess.
