- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and heavy cream.
- Stir until everything is well combined and creamy.
- Fold in half of the cooked bacon and half of the shredded cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
- Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving so it sets nicely.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken as a shortcut to save time. You can also add broccoli or spinach for extra vegetables, or season with a little garlic powder or paprika for more flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze before or after baking for an easy make-ahead meal.
