Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and heavy cream.
  3. Stir until everything is well combined and creamy.
  4. Fold in half of the cooked bacon and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
  8. Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving so it sets nicely.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken as a shortcut to save time. You can also add broccoli or spinach for extra vegetables, or season with a little garlic powder or paprika for more flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze before or after baking for an easy make-ahead meal.
