- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and gently press it in, avoiding over-packing.
- Spread ketchup evenly over the top.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Customize your meatloaf with herbs, shredded cheese, or even a BBQ glaze. This recipe also works with ground turkey. Great for meal prep, and leftovers reheat beautifully!
