- Pat the chicken dry and cut it into even pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
- Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water in a small cup and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
- Place the chicken in a single layer and cook until lightly golden. Flip and cook until nearly done.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and let it simmer gently.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture and simmer until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy. Coat the chicken thoroughly.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a minute before serving.
Notes
