Ingredients
  

Dip Mixture
  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped, canned or jarred
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded, divided

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish or cast iron skillet and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in the garlic, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Fold in the chopped spinach and artichokes until evenly combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • To make ahead, assemble the dip and refrigerate it unbaked for up to 1 day.
  • Bake just before serving.
  • You can also freeze the unbaked dip for up to 1 month.
