Method
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place salmon fillets skin side down and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic sauce over the fillets.
- Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes, spooning sauce over the salmon as it cooks.
- Remove from heat once the salmon flakes easily with a fork and serve warm.
Notes
You can bake the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes instead of pan-frying. Add lemon juice or chili flakes for extra flavor variation.
