Method
- Pat your lamb chops dry and season them with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Let rest for 10 minutes while preheating the grill.
- Grill the lamb over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side, or until browned and just tender inside. Alternatively, pan-sear indoors.
- While the lamb is grilling, whisk together orange juice, zest, chopped mint, garlic, and honey. Adjust with salt or more honey if needed.
- Let the grilled lamb rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle the mint orange sauce over the top or serve it on the side.
- Garnish with extra mint leaves and a sprinkle of orange zest before serving.
Notes
This mint orange sauce also pairs beautifully with other cuts of lamb or as a glaze for lamb patties and skewers. For variation, swap orange juice for lemon for a tangier finish.
