Rinse and drain the white beans. Add them to a food processor with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper. Blend again to mix well. Add a little more olive oil if a silkier texture is desired.
Transfer the spread to a shallow serving dish. Top with chopped red bell peppers and fresh thyme for a festive presentation.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with toasted bread, pita chips, or fresh veggies.
