- Dice the onion, mince the garlic, cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces, and rinse and drain the white beans.

Notes
This chili is easy to customize. You can use rotisserie chicken for a faster meal, add corn for sweetness, or blend part of the beans to make the chili even creamier.
