- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground sausage and softened cream cheese until smooth and well combined.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until a soft dough forms and all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each ball.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For best results, use softened cream cheese and freshly shredded cheddar. Avoid overbaking to keep the sausage balls soft. You can freeze them for later use.
