Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • salt to taste
Sauce & Assembly
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 4 sandwich buns soft
  • pickles sliced

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub chicken with olive oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and brown sugar.
  3. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  5. Melt butter in a small pan and stir in cayenne and paprika to create the Nashville sauce.
  6. Brush the sauce over the hot grilled chicken.
  7. Lightly toast the sandwich buns.
  8. Assemble sandwiches with chicken and pickles, then close with the top bun.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust cayenne for desired spice level. Add honey for a sweet-spicy variation or swap thighs for chicken breast if preferred.
