- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Rub chicken with olive oil, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and brown sugar.
- Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Melt butter in a small pan and stir in cayenne and paprika to create the Nashville sauce.
- Brush the sauce over the hot grilled chicken.
- Lightly toast the sandwich buns.
- Assemble sandwiches with chicken and pickles, then close with the top bun.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
