- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray.
- Slice kielbasa into thick pieces and make small hasselback cuts across each piece without cutting all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix mustard, honey, olive oil, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Place sausage pieces on the tray and brush generously with the mustard mixture, ensuring it gets into the cuts.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are golden and slightly crisp.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Try Dijon mustard for a deeper flavor or add a little brown sugar for extra sweetness. These bites pair well with dips or can be served on a sausage board with cheese and crackers.
