  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage cut into thick pieces
  • 2 tbsp mustard yellow or Dijon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray.
  2. Slice kielbasa into thick pieces and make small hasselback cuts across each piece without cutting all the way through.
  3. In a bowl, mix mustard, honey, olive oil, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Place sausage pieces on the tray and brush generously with the mustard mixture, ensuring it gets into the cuts.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are golden and slightly crisp.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Try Dijon mustard for a deeper flavor or add a little brown sugar for extra sweetness. These bites pair well with dips or can be served on a sausage board with cheese and crackers.
