- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook ground lamb with onion and garlic for about 6 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Roll out your pizza dough on parchment paper. Brush with olive oil and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce.
- Top with cooked lamb mixture, sprinkle with feta cheese, herbs, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Carefully transfer pizza to the hot stone or baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with salad or yogurt sauce if desired.
Notes
You can customize this pizza with olives, roasted peppers, or a drizzle of tzatziki for extra Mediterranean flair. It’s also a great way to use leftover roast lamb.
