- Add ground beef to a mixing bowl.
- Add almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add egg and mix gently until just combined.
- Form mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add cooking oil.
- Place meatballs in the pan, spacing them apart.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Check one meatball to confirm doneness, then rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
These meatballs are perfect for meal prep and can be baked instead of pan-fried. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for later use.
