Ingredients
  

Meatball Mixture
  • 1 lb ground beef preferably 80/20
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
For Cooking
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil such as olive oil

Method
 

  1. Add ground beef to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add almond flour, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add egg and mix gently until just combined.
  4. Form mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add cooking oil.
  6. Place meatballs in the pan, spacing them apart.
  7. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  8. Check one meatball to confirm doneness, then rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

These meatballs are perfect for meal prep and can be baked instead of pan-fried. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for later use.
