  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Pat the lamb chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey, olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, and lemon juice.
  4. Brush the mixture evenly over the chops, making sure they’re well coated.
  5. Place the chops on the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  6. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end if you want a slightly crisp top.
  7. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving so the juices settle.
