- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
- Pat the lamb chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, and lemon juice.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the chops, making sure they’re well coated.
- Place the chops on the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end if you want a slightly crisp top.
- Let them rest for a few minutes before serving so the juices settle.
Notes
