Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and turn golden.
  3. Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and add the ground beef.
  4. Break apart the beef and cook until browned and no longer pink.
  5. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, then stir everything together.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  7. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until everything is tender and well combined.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve warm.
