- Warm a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in cooked chicken, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix until the sauce is smooth and chicken is heated through.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted into a creamy sauce.
- Lay chapati or tortilla flat, spoon in garlic chicken filling.
- Top with spinach or lettuce and wrap tightly.
- Optional: toast wraps in the skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
Notes
Make it spicy with chili flakes, or more flavorful with lemon juice or fresh herbs. Store leftover filling for up to 3 days.
