Ingredients

Noodles
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti cooked and drained
Chicken and Vegetables
  • 2 chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for sweetness

Equipment

  • Large Skillet or Wok

Method

  1. Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and toss with a bit of sesame oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add oil and cook the sliced chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add more oil to the skillet. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add carrots, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey.
  6. Add the noodles and toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Customize with other proteins like shrimp or tofu. Add spice with sriracha or chili flakes. Great for meal prep—just reheat with a splash of soy sauce.
