Ingredients
  

Main Mixture
  • 3 cups cooked turkey shredded or chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup about 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
Topping
  • 1 box stuffing mix prepared per package instructions
  • 2 tbsp butter dotted on top

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked turkey, cream of chicken soup, vegetables, and chicken broth until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into your baking dish.
  4. Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions and spoon it evenly on top of the turkey mixture.
  5. Dot the top with butter for extra crispness and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. It will thicken slightly as it cools.

Notes

If you do not have cream of chicken soup, use cream of mushroom. Swap turkey with chicken if needed. Use leftover or boxed stuffing. Add cheese or sour cream for extra richness. Freeze unbaked for up to 2 months.
