Method
 

  1. Wash and slice the bell peppers into thin strips. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Add ground turkey and spread it out. Let it cook undisturbed for a few minutes to develop a crispy texture.
  4. Break the turkey into small pieces and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
  5. Add onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant.
  6. Add sliced bell peppers and cook until tender but still slightly crisp.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
  8. Cook for a few more minutes, then remove from heat and let rest briefly before serving.
