- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for 2 minutes to soften.
- Add ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, sour cream, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Transfer mixture into the loaf pan and shape evenly.
- Spread ketchup on top for a tangy glaze.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes until fully cooked and slightly golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add a splash of heavy cream or more sour cream. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender and juicy.
