Method
- Pat the lamb chops dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove the lamb chops and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the pan to release flavor.
- Add heavy cream and honey. Stir and let simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return lamb chops to the pan. Spoon sauce over them and cook for another 3–5 minutes until done.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Avoid overcooking the lamb to keep it tender. Do not brown the garlic too much as it can turn bitter. Adjust honey to taste for a balanced sweetness.
