- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil.
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook pasta until just tender, then drain well.
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Fold in cooked pasta and seasoned chicken until everything is well coated.
- Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheese evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving to allow sauce to set.
Notes
For quicker prep, use rotisserie chicken and pre-shredded cheese. You can also assemble the dish a day ahead and refrigerate before baking. Try adding steamed broccoli for a veggie twist or swap Greek yogurt for sour cream for extra richness.
