- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in chopped cranberries and green onions until evenly distributed.
- Place the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a log. Chill for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- On a plate, spread chopped pecans and extra cranberries. Roll the chilled log over the mixture until evenly coated.
- Serve with crackers, apple slices, or baguette rounds. Enjoy!
