Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 round brie cheese about 8 ounces
  • 1 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 pinch salt
To Serve
  • fresh rosemary for garnish
  • crackers or toasted baguette slices

Equipment

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and place the brie on it.
  2. Lightly score the top of the brie with a sharp knife to help it melt evenly.
  3. In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, honey, orange zest, and salt until smooth.
  4. Spoon the cranberry mixture over the brie, letting it settle gently on top.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese feels soft in the center when gently touched.
  6. Let the baked brie rest for 3 minutes so it settles and becomes silky.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with fresh rosemary, and serve warm with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
