- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly flour your surface and roll out the puff pastry. Cut into 12 squares.
- Press each square into a mini muffin tin well to form small tartlet shells.
- Add a cube of Brie into each pastry shell.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the Brie.
- Brush pastry edges with egg wash for a glossy finish.
- Bake for 13–15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly, then garnish with rosemary.
