- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked chicken, shredded hashbrowns, and half of the bacon.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
Notes
You can prepare this casserole ahead of time and refrigerate it before baking. For added crunch, top with crushed Ritz crackers or French fried onions before baking. Try adding diced peppers, broccoli, or even Ro-tel for a spicy twist.
