Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until soft and slightly golden.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  4. Stir in chipotle seasoning, paprika, and salt. Mix well to coat the meat evenly.
  5. Add corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix in cooked rice and stir until everything is well combined and heated through.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, cover, and let it melt before serving.
