Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.

  4. Stir in the cauliflower rice. Cook for 5–7 minutes until tender.
  5. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika. Remove from heat.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
