- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in the cauliflower rice. Cook for 5–7 minutes until tender.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika. Remove from heat.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
Feel free to add in extra vegetables like bell peppers or spinach. You can also switch up the cheese to suit your taste. This dish is perfect for leftovers and reheats well the next day.
