Chicken Patties Mixture
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup broccoli florets finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Finely chop the broccoli florets into tiny pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, egg, bread crumbs, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Gently mix with clean hands until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  5. Scoop and shape the mixture into equal-sized patties. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving to retain moisture.

Notes

These patties can also be cooked in an air fryer at 380°F for about 12 minutes. Add a pinch of paprika or onion powder for added flavor. Serve with salad, roasted vegetables, or in buns as sliders. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
