- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Finely chop the broccoli florets into tiny pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, egg, bread crumbs, garlic powder, and salt.
- Gently mix with clean hands until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Scoop and shape the mixture into equal-sized patties. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving to retain moisture.
Notes
These patties can also be cooked in an air fryer at 380°F for about 12 minutes. Add a pinch of paprika or onion powder for added flavor. Serve with salad, roasted vegetables, or in buns as sliders. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
