  • 2 cups shredded chicken preferably rotisserie chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 2 green onions chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
