- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add pudding mix and milk, whisking until fully combined.
- Fold in whipped topping gently to keep the mixture light and airy.
- In a 9x13-inch dish, start layering: a base of Biscoff cookies, a layer of banana slices, then a layer of pudding mixture.
- Repeat layers until the dish is full, ending with pudding on top.
- Crush a few Biscoff cookies over the top for garnish. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for sweetness, but avoid overly mushy ones.
- For extra banana flavor, blend one into the pudding mixture.
- Add a drizzle of Biscoff spread or caramel on top before serving if desired.
