  • 1 tsp paprika
Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Equipment

  • Grill Pan or Outdoor Grill
  • Skewers
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  4. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway until fully cooked.
  6. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the sauce.
  7. Brush sauce over cooked chicken or serve as a dip.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the chicken to keep it juicy. Adjust spice level by modifying the amount of sriracha. You can also substitute chicken thighs for a richer flavor.
