Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until creamy and well mixed.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Top with remaining shredded cheeses. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with sliced green onions, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery, or toasted bread.
- Can also be used as a topping for baked potatoes or mixed into pasta for a creamy meal.
- Avoid freezing as it may affect the texture.
