  • 2 cups shredded chicken preferably rotisserie
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until creamy and well mixed.
  3. Fold in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining shredded cheeses. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with sliced green onions, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery, or toasted bread.
  • Can also be used as a topping for baked potatoes or mixed into pasta for a creamy meal.
