  • 2 cups shredded chicken cooked, rotisserie or canned
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or a blend, divided

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheese until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. For extra golden top, broil for 1–2 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Customize with spicier buffalo sauce or add red pepper flakes for more heat.
